Welcome to my blog documenting my journey from lazy b*tch to a bona fide dashing diva.

I am not an athlete – far from it. I have thighs you could crack a walnut between, but what I lack in talent, I make up for in enthusiasm and determination.

It is my mission in life to inspire others to get fit and enjoy sports and exercise. This is not a place for skinny minnies looking for the latest diet fad – I advocate healthy eating and exercise.

I like to talk about all things exercise and to make it easy for you click on the yoga badge to read about yoga, running for running, and climbing for all things climbing related (you get the picture!).
