Giveaway: Zaggora challenge – the results

So a few weeks ago I mentioned I was taking part in the Zaggora 2-week challenge to see if wearing my Zaggora HotPants whilst exercising every day for 30 minutes would have any effect on my waist and thigh stats.

Here were my baseline measurements:

Waist: 28 inches

Thighs: 20 inches

Weight: 9 stone 6 lbs (132 lbs; 59 kgs)

Here are the end of 2-week results:

Waist: 27 inches – 1 inch lost

Thighs: 20.5 inches – gained half an inch

Weight: 9 stone 3 Ibs (129 Ibs; 58.5 kgs) – lost 3 Ibs

I’m pretty happy with those results. The good thing about wearing the HotPants has been that it forces me to exercise. I chose to wear them on the exercise bike in front of the TV so it felt quite easy to fit into my routine. The amount of heat my body generated whilst exercising meant that I was working harder than normal and burning more calories.

  1. Those leggings look fab, I could do with a magic pair like that! So, I’ve commented on here and liked you on facebook (under my real name, not my blog one) but unfortunately I don’t have twitter – will this still count as an entry? Hope so!

  2. Hello Sian, I would love a pair of Zaggora capris in my life. In fact, I would like any kind of sportswear at the moment because everything is currently packed in boxes at home and I’m having to do emergency washes all the time. πŸ™‚ These look great and mean I’d be making the most of my ‘workout’ while shifting the many cartons at home. xxx

  3. Oh I love the look of these I’m just getting back into running after my second child & some new running/workout threads would be lovely. I’ve also tweeted the link. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

  5. Those look amazing. I’d love some compression hot pants to help me be a better me and maybe feel better about myself incase this injury puts me on the sidelines.

  6. Fantastic update & very pleasing results! Waist is my trouble area…just cant shift the pouch so here goes nothing!

Really enjoying the blog & good luck for pride 10k today.
