Making Sense of Sensitivity: Gluten-free challenge

The DIvas are back!!

The lovely people at ds-gluten free have asked me to take part in a special blogger challenge: Making Sense of Sensitivity to raise awareness about the issue of gluten sensitivity. Gluten sensitivity, which arises through a reaction to ingesting gluten found in wheat, barley and rye, may affect up to 6% of the population. I don’t have gluten sensitivity myself, but I thought it would be really interesting to see what products are available for people with this condition, and I’ll be posting a series of videos over the next few days tracking my progress.

Today’s breakfast was ds cornflakes, which I have to say were really good.
