Well today I had planned on getting up early again and trundling to Heathfield for a 10k race and getting some more bling to add to my collection, but my body had other ideas. I felt so rotten when the alarm went off that I decided to shelve that idea and instead sleep in. I must have been utterly exhausted as I slept through until 12pm!!
Sometimes it’s good to listen to your body though and I was pleased I did as I have another busy week next week and some travelling too for an event.
Today’s exercise: 30-day shred level 3 (20 minutes). One word – sweaty! Followed by Davina’s arm workout (12 minutes).
