Juneathon Day 14: Omg, check out those guns!

I am actually really, really enjoying the 30-day shred. I haven’t had any pain from my Piriformis injury, which is great (normally it’s very painful after sitting down for long periods) and I’m getting to work on my arms more. With all this running I’ve really neglected my core and arms so it’s nice to get a bit of balance to my training. I also never thought I’d ever stick to a workout DVD for more than a couple of days. I assumed I’d either get bored or cheat half way through by stopping to get a cup of tea and watch TV. I think because they are only 20 minutes I can talk myself into it. Looking forward to tomorrow’s sesh in the morning this time. 🙂
