Juneathon Day 11: Inadvertent Bikram 30-day shred

Weirdly I’m finding level 2 of the 30-day shred easier than level 1. I think it’s because I prefer push ups, and squat thrusts to shoulder presses (I really, really struggle with those). When I’m doing the walkout push ups it feels like a ‘rest’ to me. However, the heating was on in my house so I am literally dripping with sweat. It’s not pretty at all. Anyway, I got a double workout – bikram plus 30-day shred! 😉

    I am like that with certain exercises, eg I find it much easier to do the advanced plank-based exercises than I do to just hold the plank. Partly I think its because I have something to distract me from my abs screaming at me to stop with the other exercises 😉
    I really want to try Jillian’s kettlebell DVD but it hasn’t been released in UK format yet – really hope she does it soon!
