This morning I got up and straight away did Jillian Michaels’ 30-day shred level 1. I’m now on day 4 of 30-day shred and it doesn’t seem to get any easier! I am enjoying it though as it’s just the right length (20 minutes) and the exercises are easy to do, but strenuous. I’m really struggling with the shoulder press actually and questioning the wisdom of using my 2.5 kg weights!
I also did stacks and stacks of packing, tidying and cleaning today, which I think definitely counts as exercise! We are having the entire house refurbished so we’ve decided to pack everything away and make it easier for the builders.
