Insanity workout

As the name suggests, Insanity Workout does look absolutely mental! It’s a 60-day (40 minutes/day) workout of interval training where you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.

  1. Week 1 completed and I my work dress already feels a little loose. Doing the meal plan that comes with it and you eat 5 times a day ( 300 calories each) plus a protein drink and because you feel like you are eating all day you are not hungry!!! Workout is insane but you can get through it. I even have more energy so getting up is even easier!!! Highly recommend xx
