Juneathon Day 2: Shredded

Good old Jillian’s not wrong – I reckon if I do that for 30 days I will be shredded! I’ve tried pretty much all the good workout DVDs and countless exercise classes, but I am knackered after her 20 minute workout! That’s it – this is going to be the first thing I do every morning in June (unless I have a big race on). It’s official and in writing! 🙂
