Today’s freebie exercise tip is what I credit my running passion to – Podrunner Intervals First Day to 5k 9-week 5k training programme. If I hadn’t discovered this a couple of years ago, there is no way I would have started running.
First Day to 5k is a 9-week course of free-to-download MP3s following the popular couch to 5K template (3 x 20-30 minute run/walk per week) to encourage complete beginners to start running. By the end of the 9-week programme, you will be able to run 5k or continuously of 30 minutes.
It’s a brilliant idea and if you are trying to get into running I highly recommend giving it a go!
