
Ok, so it’s the first day of Juneathon. I’ve been working in London today (on my first freelance contract) so been up since 6am and just got in (8.20pm). Dinner is about to be served. What am I going to do?!
I know – 10 minutes of hand weights! Phew!

Well done for fitting it in during a really hectic day! I’ve decided to do the #plankaday challenge as part of Juneathon, managed a pathetic 62 seconds before collapsing!
